Vintage blazer/top with a ruffled neckline ( the ruffles have a metal wire at the hem so you can kind of give them the shape you want and modify them depending on the style you want, it is a very fun piece ), 2 Buttons and 2 Pockets at the front. Short sleeves with adjustment buttons on them, 2 buttons and a slit at the back as well.
