Shipping Information
Canada shipping is 8.50 $CAD inside Québec, 12,50 $CAD to the rest of the country, and Canadian express shipping is 16 $CAD.
United-States Shipping is 8.50 $CAD.
Shipping in the rest of the World is 11,50 $CAD.
Exceptions to shipping rates apply for heavier packages and bigger orders.
Please allow 2-3 days for processing the checkout.
Kunst ships worldwide.
Kunst assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
A tracking number is not provided for the cheaper shipping options but can be obtained by choosing the express shipping option.
Imperfections
We inspect all added pieces to the shop for quality/condition. We hope that you value the individuality and the authenticity of each item as much as we do. Due to the fact that most of our pieces are vintage, we need to let you know that, despite our hard work, you may find subtle irregularities. Unless noted in the description, all items have been previously owned. All pieces are sold the way they are in the pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
Please email us with any questions about sizing and fabrication.
We do not offer refunds at this time. We will happily accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for an item exchange of the same price.
Sale items, swimwear, and lingerie is final sale.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may mail the item back to us within 14 days of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Kunst cannot provide exchanges for size or color on one-of-a-kind merchandise, however exchange for a completely different item of the same price is possible.
